We are an organization dedicated to sending and supporting Christians to serve in East & Central Asia — areas with billions of people who have yet to hear the gospel.
* Since 1988 we have been sending students and professionals to reach Chinese at the university and in the workplace. Because of our extensive connections in education, business and other fields, we are able to connect North Americans with some of the top future and present leaders in this important Asian country.
* Since 2000 we have also been sending teams to Muslim countries in Central and West Asia. We are looking to see more people take their calling as academics and business people to move to live and serve among Muslims in these areas.
2 weeks, 6 weeks, 2+ years
* if you are an adult exploring a call to China, our two-week project may give you a new perspective.
* if you are a college student, a 6-week summer project with us in China or the Muslim world could open new horizons for you to see the world.
* If you are considering two or more years abroad, we provide career counseling and other support services to assist you on your way. We take a holistic approach in walking with you in this journey of discovery.
Before your departure, we will help you to prepare spiritually and personally, provide cultural orientation and introduce you to our team and network.
During your time overseas, we assist with logistics so you can focus on adjustments, people and relationships.
When you come home, we offer debriefing so you can reflect on your experience. We also coach you on sharing with others and guide you on possible next steps.
As an individual, you can go to share God’s love with the people you meet. As a team, you can reach many more. As part of a movement over time, you can transform cultures and impact nations.
Life is not just a summer or a few years. It’s the past, present and future with a convergence of career and calling that integrates family, work and ministry.
We also encourage missional living – a missionary lifestyle at home and abroad, on a campus or in the workplace. Our vision is for you to go, live and serve.

We mobilize, equip and send committed Christian students and professionals to serve and reach the unreached in the megacities of the 10/40 Window through short-term programs as well as more extended commitment of two years and beyond.

Tent-making
Tentmakers are ambassadors for Christ, self-supporting like the apostle Paul, who made tents for a living. Tentmaking provides both work and ministry platforms. By doing a good job, tentmakers contribute to society and demonstrate how Christian values are lived out in the real world. By reaching out to their colleagues, they have natural connections with local people, who are part of their everyday lives. Professions can provide good entry points to places that do not welcome traditional missionaries. Learn more.

Tentmaking is challenging. As a missions-minded professional, you are called to do your work well and minister to other people, while adjusting to life in a foreign culture. The support of a like-minded community that understands the demands of your bi-vocational calling helps you to stay on course.
