CHINA SUMMER PROJECT

This summer, share God’s love with Chinese university students in this 5-week cultural exchange program and service project. Opportunities await for making lasting friendships, exchanging culture, and discovering if you’re called to a career of service overseas.

This adventure is for you if you are:

a college student
committed to share God’s love with others
a team player
open to new cultural experiences
a native English speaker (no Chinese required)

Project includes:

1 week orientation in Hong Kong
7 days of personal preparation and team building.

3 weeks in China

Participate in cultural exchange discussions (in English) with Chinese university students.
Serve in a week-long day camp for migrant school children in partnership with Chinese university students.
Meet missional professionals in business, technology, medicine, and other fields, and visit multi-national companies.

4 days debriefing & re-entry training
This will take place in Hong Kong to share and process personal and group experience.

Location & Housing
You will stay on or near university campuses in large urban cities. Housing is modest, but clean dormitories, guest houses, or hotels. Locations will be assigned after acceptance. Placement requests will be accommodated as best we can.
