MUSLIM WORLD PROJECT

It might seem strange at first to include France as part of the Muslim World Project, but as a crossroads of the world, France now boasts a Muslim background population considered to be at least 5 million. That’s over 8% of the total population of the country.

However, unlike in North America, there are very few active Christians who can outreach to them. Evangelicals number less than 1% of the population. France is a place with freedom of religion yet a high number of people who have not heard the good news, making it a key mission field today.

On this project you will get a chance to talk one-on-one with Muslim college students. You are likely to find that you have a lot in common! As people who are trying to live faithfully in a secular context, you will have a lot to talk about with your Arab French friends. You’re likely to think they’re funny as well!
